After learning that the "results" of the election, I was left feeling numb like many others. But I started to see the demonstrations, the protests from people from all walks of life taking the streets to voice their disdain for the current administration. Talk of California, Oregon, and Washington withholding federal tax dollars and possibly seceding the rest of the nation, and multiple states stating they will not honor the new immigration laws. These all give me hope that there will be change(s). But at the same time I am fearful that our fundamental human rights will be further restricted. First with the Muslims and others will follow. Never forget those famous words, "First they came for the..., I didn't speak out."

Back in the day, about 16+ years ago before the internet really took off. Distros, labels, bands, zines, etc., only choice of payment was either a money order, or the usual method, "well concealed cash". There were no listing fees, taxes, or anything that took away from our hard earned money. But now we are paying PayPal, Etsy, Bandcamp fees. I don't want to get into postage, especially internationally, that is an entirely different rant. I have considered offering well concealed cash as an option, but I see the potential problems with that, lost mail, disputes on money sent/received. I want to hear from you what you think of this.
